Plain and simple! Hundred for time. If you don’t have a sandbag, perform double dumbbell power cleans OR single dumbbell alternating power snatches OR box jump.

Warm-up: done.

Workout: 30 min EMOM.
*DL: 2x #53 kb’s. About 25 sec x rnd.
*Burps-over-bag: about 40 sec.
*Planks: 30 sec, #25 plate.

Accessory:
V-ups: done.
Single-leg RDL: #53 kb.
